How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 3 days after you place it, and you should receive it in about 10-18 days.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
How can I get my deducted points back after a payment failure?
If you log in to your account first and then place an order, your order will appear in your account. You can cancel failed orders (note that successful orders cannot be cancelled). Your points will then be credited to your account.
